1984 by George Orwell?

This is so for anyone who has read the novel. I'm writing a scene that wasn't in the book, Julia's betrayal of Winston. All I know that happened to her after her torture session, was that she "thickened" and she had a scar on her forehead, and she betrayed Winston. I have no idea what to put for her greatest fear. Any ideas? Winston's was rats, but I'm not sure what to put for Julia besides it being comical and say that she fears someone saying no to with her. haha. any ideas are welcome. thanks in advance.
