I just bought the first disk in the Aerobic series. I've been using it for about 2 1/3 weeks now, 3x a week as per it's instructions. I've gone online and have seen a lot of mixed answers on weather or not it works. I'm not morbidly obese, but I'd like to drop about 25 lbs in a span of about 12 weeks. has anyone used these exercises and gotten good results?
