Should I get an auto loan or personal loan for car?

I've noticed some banks want the exact car info and some don't. You've just gotta shop around with a few banks. If you don't know for sure what car you want, it's best to go with one who offers you a car loan without asking for specific info. If you can't find any banks like that then, yes, just apply for a personal loan, since there isn't a ton of specific questions they ask you. I've had both. Good luck!
