I think my dog may have ingested phentermine, help!?

I'm taking phentermine 37.5 mg and I dropped a pill a minute ago...I immediately searched everywhere for it but never found it..I'm afraid my shih tzu may have eaten it....will this harm or kill her? Are there any websites with advice?
