1998 Plymouth Neon Help ASAP PLEASE!!!!?

ok ive asked 2 times on here already i have a 1998 Plymouth Neon 2.0l SOHC ok problem the Engine IGN Feed Fuse Keeps Blowing when i goto pull out onto the road it doesnt blow if i dont gun the engine what could be the cause what all goes to the Engine Ign Feed Fuse so i can trace it down and fix the problem could the fuel pump be bad or the sending unit or what could be wrong
