Help! im pregnant and looking for an apartment and i feel this pig is trying to scam me!!?

sounds like a scam.... anytime someone is asking money from you and you dont' even see them in person (for something like this), i would not do it. please back out, there are plenty of other places, just keep your eye out. this seems like a total scam.
