How can i get a pet Cheetah?

Ok i know that its very uncommon and illegal in most states, but if i was to live in a state where big exotic cats were legal, how would i go about getting a license and how much would the license cost? I dont plan on getting my cheetah illegally. There are people in the U.S. that have them legally and i want to know how. Where would i buy therm? How would i get a license and whats states would allow it?
