How do I convince my parents to let your best friend move in with me?

My best friend moved to Colombia. And she hates it over there. So my mom said that she will let her move in with us because we have a big house. But my dad and my friends mom might not agree with us. So please tell me how to convince them to let her move in with me! :( BTW we r both 12 years old.
