Should I wear a tight belt around my stomach after delivery?

There are actually some products that are made specifically for this purpose - check out www.bellybandit.com - it has the same purpose as the traditional things you talk about, just designed to make it a bit easier to do. I've haven't tried anything like that myself but I've heard great things about it and have seen some very convincing 'before and after' pictures. I was going to get the Belly Bandit for after my second pregnancy, but I had the baby earlier than expected and then forgot to get one.
