What is the effect if we take calcium vitamin 600mg,vit.E 400iu and Glutaphos together.is there a bad effect??

i had a box of glutaphos tablet.then i started taking it for months..i have taken many glutaphos tablets,not all of them..also,calcium 600mg and vitamin E 400iu together with it.maybe months later after my consumption of those vitamins i began to be bothered with this unusual,abnormal sleep disorder that happens to me evrytime i sleep especially during daytime.first period of my attack i thought i was just having nightmare.it feels like my neck was being tickled severely that i couldn't breathe (not just once). next,i dreamt like mybe once or twice my head's gonna explode like a time bomb,a squeaking sound..then now,(always)when i sleep especially during daytime,(seldom at night) it just happens suddenly in my sleep that my head is banging back and forth side by side and my eyes rolls fast and i feel very sleepy too during the attack(and when i'm awaken) that's why i try hard to wake up because i feel like i could die if i can't wake up.can anyone help me why this happen please???
