Who to start for week 9 fantasy football! Need you help!?

I read an article on CBS SPORTS. I had Owen Daniels on my team who is out for the year. They showed stats of games where Owen was a non-factor and Walter has benefited greatly. Indy's backfield just lost Sanders and someone else for the year, so the indy d is suspect. I like Walters chance of lighting it up.
