Is it menopause or some medical problem?

one was having her regular periods with no problems at all. has kids. but once she missed period. she did pregnancy test three times, but after finding it negative she consulted Gynecologist. as per doctor subsrition she complted medicines and had normal but little heavy and longer duration periods. the next month again she missing her period. her age is 33 years. Now what she do?
